We are looking for a Chief of Staff (all genders) for our quickly growing team on site in our office in Hamburg, Germany.

In this role you will act as an enabler and adviser to our CEO, focusing on important strategic projects and the progress and quality control of our market reports. You report directly to the CEO and are his close confidant.

As part of the job, you will:

  • Own and manage important strategic internal projects and client projects
  • Be responsible for the progress and quality control of our market reports in cooperation with the CEO and the research team leads.
  • Support the leadership team with ad hoc analyses related to various company activities across a broad spectrum of topics
  • Research, analyze, and prepare decision templates for the management
  • Regularly prepare documents for board meetings and presentations

We require:

  • Completed studies, preferably Master’s degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consultative role
  • A strong sense of project ownership
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, analytics skills, business writing and computer skills (MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and the ambition to contribute ideas that allow the organization to grow together
  • A team player attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of the key drivers and inhibitors in the technology space and their impact on industry trends
  • Sufficient command of the English language (Native speaker, TOEFL ibt score of 110 or higher is preferred)

Principal Analyst (Industrial IoT) – all genders – Hamburg, Germany|Remote

To support our expansion of technology research in Industrial IoT-related areas, we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Principal Market Analyst – all genders that will join our growing research team on site in our office in Hamburg or remote.

As part of the job, you will:

  • Lead and execute primary and secondary research for the creation of our market reports with a focus on Industrial IoT / manufacturing / industrial automation
  • Lead, guide, and further develop a team of analysts on a day-to-day basis
  • Quality-check research results and develop junior colleagues so they can improve
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to recognize patterns, draw conclusions and formulate positions on how the technologies or trends will evolve and impact industrial markets over time.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various experts, key clients, and other important industrial IoT stakeholders to understand their perspectives and leverage their expertise
  • Attend and present at various industry conferences

We require:

  • A university degree in either engineering or business/economics (or related)
  • 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience in an analyst/consulting/market research or industrial automation related setting ideally with a focus on IoT/Tech or manufacturing related markets
  • Strong analytical skills and analysis toolkit with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • A strong sense of project ownership
  • Expertise and a deep understanding of drivers/inhibitors in the IoT space and their impact on industry/manufacturing market and technology trends
  • Excellent communication skills, analytics skills, business writing skills, and computer skills (MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel)

We are looking for a qualified Market Analyst Industrial IoT of all genders that will join our fast-growing research team in Hamburg or remote as a topic expert for Industrial IoT / Industrie 4.0 (specifically industrial cloud adoption, 3D printing, Industrial Connectivity, Predictive Maintenance, edge computing, industrial automation …)

As part of the job, you will:

  • Lead extensive market research projects on the topics of “Industrial IoT” and “Industrie 4.0” (primary and secondary research)
  • Author / Co-author focused market reports on your topics
  • Author / Co-author thought-leading white papers and blog posts
  • Actively drive our industrial IoT research agenda
  • Participate in consulting / bespoke research projects on your area of expertise
  • Visit and speak at various industry conferences
  • Have touch points with some of the leading tech & industrial firms all around the world

Participate in consulting/bespoke research projects:

  • Customize the existing market reports to create tailored insights based on a customer’s needs for deep market research expertise
  • Create tailored market models and market forecasts

Continuously develop IoT Analytics’ industry expertise:

  • Attend and collect insights at various industry conferences
  • Autonomously liaise with C-Level Clients from the leading tech & industrial firms all around the world
  • Host and Co-host webinars
  • Have touch points with some of the leading tech & industrial firms all around the world

We require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an analyst/consulting/market research related setting (ideally with a focus on industrial end-markets)
  • An interest and experience with technology / digital topics (ideally a good understanding of some of the above-mentioned topics – you don’t need to be an expert yet)
  • A university degree in either engineering or business/economics (an MBA is a plus)
  • Motivation and self-discipline to drive projects forward
  • A certain degree of perfectionism / appreciation for detail
  • Sufficient command of the English language (Native speaker, TOEFL ibt score of 110 or higher is preferred)

Growth Sales Manager – all genders – Hamburg, Germany|Remote

We are looking for a qualified and highly motivated Growth Sales Manager that will join our quickly growing international team in Hamburg on site or remote.

As part of the job, you will:

  • Develop our lead generation strategy & roadmap (Primary objective of this role). You will refine our target persona, our lead generation KPIs and implement lead generation campaigns to generate qualified leads through content, email nurturing, automation, conversion of sales and performance tracking
  • Own inbound leads sales cycle and a portfolio of subscription clients (Secondary objective of this role)
  • Own your deals end-to-end, from addressing inbound leads and generating outbound leads to closing deals, owning the accounts, and logging all activities to the CRM and invoicing systems.
  • Guide enterprise clients from various industries to make the right research decisions and drive new business across a wide list of target clients while also growing existing accounts (cross-/up-sell)
  • Act as a trusted research partner and communicate effectively with mid-management and senior- management clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the research team and marketing team to deliver outstanding results for clients and the company
  • Reach out to potential leads via various communication channels for demo calls and conversion into sales
  • Grow account relationships and turn individual transactions into subscription clients
  • Consistently go above and beyond to deliver both individual and monthly sales team goals
  • Question existing processes and proactively contribute to their optimization

We require:

  • 2-4 years direct sales experience (B2B, inbound and/or outbound), preferably in a market research/SaaS related setting
  • Bachelor (BA/BS) required; Master preferred
  • An interest and/or experience with technology / digital topics
  • An outgoing, and driven individual with the ability to put yourself in your customers’ shoes
  • Proficiency in effective (remote) communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Your tasks:

  • Support of our team of analysts in doing market research on various industrial IoT-related topics (e.g., Predictive Maintenance, Machine Vision, Edge computing, Industrial connectivity)
  • Perform secondary research (data gathering, desktop research) on specific/assigned work packages

Your profile:
